Can we use "Amazon Workmail" in thunderbird?

We can use it in IOS and Outlook but Thunderbird is not working. Windows and Linux alike.

and its not working with

ExQuilla either (addon)

Amazon told us that its only working with outlook due to the fact that its not supporting IMAP and POP3
