How can I remove or add folders to the "Recent" menu that appears at the top of the context menu for a CLICK/MOVE operation on a message. I have searched for this list but have been unable to find it. Any help would be much appreciated.

I don't know how to influence the Recent list.

But an alternative approach my be to use an add-on that makes finding folders easier.

e.g. http://quickfolders.mozdev.org/index.html https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/quick-folder-move/?src=api

Quickfolders doesn't sole the problem. I am looking for the ability to maintain Thunderbirds own RECENT list.
