Note that the ActiveX version is only for Internet Explorer.

Server not found

Firefox can't find the server at www.{completionpageurl}.com.

   Check the address for typing errors such as ww.example.com instead of www.example.com
   If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
   If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

This is the page that pops up everytime that i try to download and the link you gave me said that Windows could not find or something like that.

The Shockwave is not Flash and is not used much in comparison to Flash.

Had the same problem resolved by locating an Adobe .msi file (i.e.:"install_flash_player_16_plugin.msi") with a search engine and use it rather than the Adobe .exe file. Luck

You have the choice of .exe or .msi at https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html

Doing the above suggestion of searching for file name may lead you random unofficial download sites instead of from Adobe.
