Do you have any other reports generated under the same circumstances? Unfortunately that one doesn't contain much detail that could help diagnose the cause of the crash.

Well, it does indicate "System Memory Use Percentage: 87" which is fairly high.

If you are doing a lot of heavy loading (images, videos), as a prophylactic you could try using the memory reduction buttons on the about:memory page (the 3 buttons in the Free Memory group on the right side).

I notice that you used a Firefox 27.0.1 version to create this thread and that the crash report is about Firefox 24.4.0esr. As posted above: this crash report doesn't have any crashing data: [@ EMPTY: no crashing thread identified; ERROR_NO_MINIDUMP_HEADER ], so we can't tell much about what goes wrong

Can you start Firefox in Safe Mode by holding down the Shift key?

You can also try to create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problem.

See "Creating a profile":

If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over the problem
