Why is it when i try to download firefox it always tells me there is a virus and deletes it?
the internet exporer download the file and then scans it. after that it says there is a virus and deletes it.

Are you downloading from mozilla.org?
If you are downloading the stub installer, you could try the full installer instead:
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/
