Microsoft does not provide a version of Internet Explorer for Mac. You could run Internet Explorer on your Mac by using a Hardware Emulator such as Wine.

How do you do that? Do I need to buy something else? I am technologically challenged and have no way to know what to do? Do I need to buy a version of Windows software?

Your best bet is probably to get a copy of the Windows operating system. The other option is a hardware emulator which most non technical users won't choose. A hardware emulator is not guaranteed to work either. If you do a search on Google for Wine HQ you will find Wine one of the most popular hardware emulators.
