Don't understand directions for recommended steps to take for a known breach associated with my email address

Firefox Monitor shows my gmail address associated with a known breach, and shows steps to take to resolve the issue. Step 1:

"We recommend you take these steps to keep your personal info safe and protect your digital identity. Change your password Make this password unique and different from any others you use. A good strategy to follow is to combine two or more unrelated words to create an entire passphrase."

I know this will be obvious to some, but...Change my password to what? To my gmail account? Every password to every account which my gmail address is also associated with, ie maybe a couple hundred accounts? This direction just is not specific enough for me. Any help appreciated.

Hi

The text underneath "Change your password" gives some good guidance to use when setting a new password.

Seburo, thank you but I don't think you read my post clearly.

I would strongly recommend that you create different passwords for different accounts and not reuse the password from your Gmail account (or any other account).
