1. How can I get Mac TB 78.4.3 access to my TB passwords? 2. How can I get the ISP and TB password synchronized and handshake working?

Out of the blue, my main Mac Thunderbird email account will not let me synchronize its password with one I have used for years, as set at my ISP. Pop up error message: “Error with account [email protected] Sending of password for user [email protected] did not succeed. Mail server inbound.att.net responded: Server error - Please try again later.”

I checked and found:

 “Configuration found in Mozilla database”

In TB 78.4.3 I can no longer view my passwords. ???

(It requires an access password, and all I have tried do not work)

At my ISP account, I tried changing the email account’s password. At TB, I tried downloading new mail, but when it asked for that new password and I entered it, Pop up warning:

“Login to server inbound.att.net with username [email protected] failed.

enter password” Thank you for any assistance that you may suggest in my lost access.
