I'm using Firefox 77.0.1 (64-bit).

All of a sudden, starting yesterday, google maps started turning black, with no map visible. The map shows up when the page is loading, but then disappears upon full load.

Maps works find in Google Chrome.

I have looked online for solutions and already done the following:

-turned off all extensions -updated graphics card and monitor drivers -deleted all cookies and browsing data -turned off hardware acceleration

Nothing has worked!

Can anyone help me with this? Or is this a bad Firefox update?

thank you!

Thank you for your quick response! I ended up finding the solution... I realized I hadn't rebooted the computer after addressing all the issues I mentioned above. Reboot, and issue solved!

You can check the Web Console for relevant error messages (this might be about WebGL).
