I am unable to get a "newly created" Message Filter to run manually or automatically. All of my existing filters are still working fine. It has been 2+ years since I last created a filter so I am unsure exactly when this bug might have begun. I've run over this a dozens times already and am 100% certain I am doing everything correctly in addition to the fact that the new filter is set up exactly as previous filters. I've not been able to find anyone else inquiring about this problem so I am presume it is a new issue. Any ideas?

The Filter has this selected: Match all of the following Then you have a list of four 'FROM' contains .... What this means is : check the 'From' and if it contains all four of those email addresses then dump. Now as it unlikely that any email will be from more than one person, that filter will not find a match.

I suggest you really want to select: Match any of the following. So if the filter finds an email from any one of those four email addresses, it puts it in dump.

Is the new filter actually enabled ? Please post image of new filter.

Yes, it's enabled. I had even thought to toggle enabled off/on to be sure it was enabling as well as closing/reopening Thunderbird. Here is the image and thank you for the response. *Thunderbird 60.8

That did it. Human error, my bad. Thanks for the great help.
