Question: What can I do to support the active development of Firefox Color? (November 24, 2018)
I want contributing a theme to Firefox under a free use Creative Commons license to be as simple as taking a picture on my Panasonic LUMIX camera of the east coast of the United States and uploading it to Firefox Color, with options to customize how the theme will contrast with what appears in Firefox over top of the picture I've taken. Version 2.1 of Firefox Color just isn't user friendly enough for me and with Personas Plus going away in six days, it needs work!

Sorry, what feature is missing that you want to help add? Personas Plus had limited data fields, and Firefox Color has many. But setting aside the busier interface, what is it that the add-on / web-app needs?
The Firefox Color extension / website seems to be developed here:
https://github.com/mozilla/FirefoxColor
Is the problem how to get from Firefox Color to something you can upload on the Add-ons site?
I took a brief look at it two months ago and posted some "manual" steps here:

I was thinking of creating an extension to ease that process, but I set it aside due to lack of clamor. Is that urgent at this point? Maybe someone else has moved forward with it by now.
UPDATE
They are working on building it into the extension / site: https://github.com/mozilla/FirefoxColor/issues/93
