The info block on privacy covers the download button. How do I make it go away?

When taking a screen shot sometimes the info block explaining why I must download the shot instead of saving it prevents me from being able to click on download. You cannot remove the info block and that is very frustrating. Can this be fixed and why is it necessary in the first place?

Hi computertooter, I haven't used Firefox Screenshot frequently enough to see that message. Can you tell what circumstances cause it?

As a workaround, what if you reduce zoom on the page (hold down Ctrl and tap the - key a few times)? After downloading, you can restore the normal zoom level (hold down Ctrl and tap 0 or tap + a few times).

Try pressing the <Esc> key.

You cancel the screen shot when you press the <Esc> key. Not helpful.
