hi flashtlt, you can change the minimal width of tabs like this: enter about:config into the firefox address bar (confirm the info message in case it shows up) & search for the preference named browser.tabs.tabMinWidth. double-click it and change its value to something higher that fits your needs...

The old minimum width was 100 pixels. The new minimum width is 76 pixels. You can adjust to your taste.

Thanks, but I'm trying to adjust the page because the RH side of the printout was truncated?

Oh... we thought you were talking about Firefox's tabs, up on the tab bar. You mean the tabs in a web page you are trying to print? Does it work if you select "shrink to fit"? That's one of the options on the toolbar in Print Preview. To call up Print Preview, you can use either:

  • "3-bar" menu button > Print
  • (menu bar) File > Print Preview
