We have a website that doesn't work.

The browser present (in so many words): Broken encryption TLS_RSA_WITH_3DES_EDE_CBC_SHA, 112 bit keys, SSL3.

Can it be re-enabled? Is there a designated site that indicates what ciphers are _no longer_ supported by version X?

hi, the TLS_RSA_WITH_3DES_EDE_CBC_SHA cipher suite is supported in all recent versions of firefox (including 45esr) - your problem will be SSLv3.0 which got deprecated two and a half years ago: https://blog.mozilla.org/security/2014/10/14/the-poodle-attack-and-the-end-of-ssl-3-0/
