The version of Firefox that is installed on my Macbook Pro is 48.0.1 and registers as the up to date version. However, when I did a plug check, I received the notice that this version of Firefox has been replaced by version 48.0.2, and when I attempted to download it manually, the message was that it was 'older than the current version'. Should I wait (and hope) that the automatic updater eventually updates to version 48.0.2? or do I manually replace my current version with the latest update? As I'm finding this very confusing, could you advise me on the best/recommended option please? Thank you, Pam

hi PAM, firefox 48.0.2 only contained a windows-specific bug fix so you won't need it on your system and are all-good - please just ignore the notice that is shown on the plugincheck page...
