New emails are not going to inbox
Suddenly, when using the "Get Messages" button, I can see that I have new emails coming in, but they are not going to my inbox. Some go directly to Junk, which is fine but the real emails are nowhere to be found. I have checked the other folders, such as archives, etc., but the new emails seem to have disappeared. This is happening to all my email accounts in Thunderbird. I'm using 38.2.0 and it was working fine until today. I tried restarting my computer and re-installing 38.2.0 but there was no change with my problem. Any idea of how to find these missing emails and direct them to my inbox once again?
Even moving emails from another folder into the Inbox doesn't work. I don't know where those emails have gone either.

Okay - it seems that suddenly sorting by "Order Received" excludes my newest emails, but changing it to "Received" or "Date Order" resolves the issue. I've used "Order Received" for years, with no problem, but hopefully by selecting "Received" instead, my inbox will show all my emails as they come in. Hopefully this resolution I stumbled upon will help others with this problem. Have a great day!
