Tools menu (Alt+T) > options > composition.

What computers actually have Comic Sans MS to display your mail? Is it a web safe font?

My understanding is Comic Sans MS is available on Windows and MACs, but not on Linux or Android. So not a good choice if someone might be reading on a phone
