Servicenow Timesheet Portal stopped working with drop down menus
I use Servicenow to update my time sheet and access it using Firefox. When I click on a drop down to select a site it just closes. It was working a month ago and has since stopped. Works fine in Chrome however I prefer using Firefox.

I do not have access to Servicenow code and have tried installing an older version of FF 118 same results.

Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?
No - Restarted in Troubleshoot Mode - Same issue.
Try clearing cookies and disabling Tracking Protection for the site.
Does it still happen in a new profile? An easy way to test a new profile is to install Developer Edition and see if it happens there or refresh your existing profile.
