Allowing Content/Sites access
Hail all:
I have my settings set to "absolute" Strict. this option greys out to add exceptions. But it blocks sometimes safe sites as well.
How can I run strict, and still be able to add certain websites, thus overcome the greyed out Add Exception Button?
Thank you.

Anyone, please?
Thank you.
You should show (screenshots) what you're trying to do and where in the settings.
These settings are fixed in the Firefox Menu.
It is not that unclear to know what I speak of, right? I will, however, provide the requested pictures: Peculiar: Site refuses to upload them. I'll ImgBB them: https://ibb.co/8N19Yq7 https://ibb.co/MZNp7dt https://ibb.co/4sV4LdS
Will this do sir?

These are base settings? I will, however, do so still.
Adding Ant video Downloader Error: Peculiar, site refuses to upload the pictures: I'll ImgBB them instead: https://ibb.co/8N19Yq7 https://ibb.co/MZNp7dt https://ibb.co/4sV4LdS
Will this do, sir?
Were the pictures helpful?
Those three links do not show the image for some reason, but the HTML code of the first two work. The third image (Ant-Video-Downloader-Error) link doesn't show an image (link is broken), so maybe check if that link is correct as its title doesn't look like its related to this issue.
Peculiar. I did not check the Ant video one as the other 2 worked nicely. Assumed the third would work just as good ... never assume stuff, I know this, but failed again to use my brain.
Uploaded it again, only to get an error. Tried another site, same issue.
Went to Gimp, turned the JPG into a PNG, this seems to work: https://ibb.co/1qCvY21
My apologies for the issue ... .
Anyone, please?
Have you considered using Custom instead as it seems to allow exceptions. If you click the shield icon at the far left of the address bar, do you see a button to disable Enhanced Tracking Protection?
You normally add an exception by moving the slider in the padlock icon drop-down to the 'off' position.
@terry Sir, Exceptions is greyed out .. .
@Cor-El Slider is not always usable, often greyed out. I cannot say why though ... .
If the slider is in the left position and grayed then this means the ETP is in the 'off' position, you can click the slider to re-enable ETP. If you move the slider to the 'off' position then you should see the site listed in Settings under the ETP exceptions.
