Emails not sending - keep getting error message
I am having trouble with sending emails. Sometimes they send, every other day I get this error message and most times I just save the email to drafts, turn the computer off and when i wake up the next day it lets me send it. However now I have 6 emails sitting in my drafts and they just will not send. Attached is a screenshot of the error message. There is nothing wrong with the email address. It is correct. I have double checked and i have deleted and re-entered in attempts to get it to send. Can anyone help? I am considering a different email provider if I can't fix this - I need to be able to send emails promptly and I like Thunderbird so hopefully there is an easy solution! Please and thankyou. I have seen this error has come up before for someone - it is posted in the help section however there is no solution posted there.

The message is trying to tell you of a problem. spamhaus is saying the IP OR the email address is the problem. You've been focusing on the wrong thing. My guess is the IP address is yours. And the message on spamhaus says that IP is sending out malware and that is why it is refusing to let mail go through. You need to review the error at spamhaus and contact your email host to intervene after the problem is fixed. This is NOT a problem with Thunderbird.
David is correct. There is some really useful info at the link they provided in that error message. Have you clicked on that link to see the info? If not then you should. https://check.spamhaus.org/listed/?searchterm=119.12.209.11
Why was this IP listed? A device (computer, server, mobile phone, etc), or an app on a device that is using 119.12.209.11 is infected, badly misconfigured, or compromised. It is making SMTP connections with multiple unrelated HELO values on port 25.
Port 25 has been mentioned and the server spam filter is objecting to use of that port. Thunderbird can only use the settings you have got set up for the Outgoing Server SMTP. Are you sending using port 25 ? Check your Outgoing Server SMTP settings that are being used when you send from the @activ8.net.au account.
Try these settings: Port 587. Connection Security: STARTTLS Authentication Method: Normal Password
Then restart Thunderbird and test sending.
