I see a bunch of Mozilla users have the same or similar issue... but the "fix" doesn't seem to work? So... it appears to be a Mozilla software issue... and it is driving me nuts! It hangs up my whole computer! Do I need to stop using Mozilla? Please fix! Eric

Hi ecoeric.

Thank you for reporting this. Does it happen regularly or on certain sites, or is it just random? If regular, can you please check it in Firefox safe mode?
