It wont let me search, pull up and bookmars or even help me troubleshoot. I know its not my computer or my network. I can still use internet exp. To bad i hate it! Im just wondering if this is a common problem thats beeing fixed or not.

That's more drastic than anything I've seen in other threads.

Could you try Firefox's Safe Mode? That's a standard diagnostic tool to bypass interference by extensions (and some custom settings). More info: Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode.

You can exit Firefox using Alt+F4 or right-clicking the Task Bar icon.

Then hold the Shift key while double-clicking the Firefox icon.

In the dialog, click "Start in Safe Mode" (not Reset)

Any difference? Let us know how you did so far.

As noted in the above-linked article, Safe Mode disables some of the most problematic aspects of Firefox, but unfortunately it isn't able to tell you which ones are the problem...

If you're curious about that Reset button, check out this article: Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings.

Please Update to Firefox 22.0 that has just been released.

It is possible that your security software (firewall, anti-virus) blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.

Remove all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.
