This might be a repeat, just with different phrasing...

Possibly your Refresh was interrupted (or crashed) and did not run to completion. In that situation, Firefox is looking for a profile folder that was removed or was not created successfully.

To get up and running, you can create a new profile as described in this help article, and then migrate data over to the new profile.

Hi, Sorry to hear that. Please check your Desktop for a Folder called OldFirefoxProfile if it is there it is possible to recover some or all of it. It still maybe there, please check :
