There are continous problems with flash. Often play sign is not displayed and if it is it doesn't start the video. Other consistent problems include javascript not playing at all. But at the same time Microsoft's Edge work fine with no problem.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0 is outdated. The current version is 24.0.0.194 - update Flash.
