When I run the installation for Flash or Silverlight plugins, it shows me a EULA that I can choose to agree to or not.

When Firefox installs Google Widevine plugin, as far as I recall it doesn't particularly ask or tell the user about it, or present them with a EULA to choose to agree with or not. I cannot find any EULA for Google Widevine. Naturally, you will need to comply with all existing Google policies.
