That is a question for whatever you are using for email; Firefox doesn't do email, but it does access webmail services. Also, the service offered by many webmail services may be slightly different for the browser being used, or a preference in that services software might need to be set for the particular browser being used.

The first thing to do is to fix your User Agent string which is reported to every website you visit. It identifies the browser you are using as being Firefox 3.6.18. Your UserAgent string in Firefox is probably messed up by another program that you installed. Some type of "Search Toolbar"

type about:config in the URL bar and hit Enter
If you see the warning, you can confirm that you want to access that page.
Filter = general.useragent.
Right-click the preferences that are bold, one line at a time, and select Reset.
Then restart Firefox
