Last update v9.1 deleted bookmarks. I tried restoring bookmarks and firefox says the backups were not found, even though they are shown. Bookmarks will not appear in the sidebar either. Bookmarks library is empty.

A possible cause is a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.
