The Title Bar on my Firefox has started to lock during surfing. This has happened on both my home and work laptops. I cannot work any Title Bar controls nor can I right click on the Taskbar button to resize the window but can still work Menu Bar controls and continue surfing. Sometimes the Title Bar returns to normal. Many times it does not. Occasionally it locks Firefox and I have to close via the Task Manager.

Do you have that problem when running in the Firefox SafeMode?

Don't select anything right now, just use "Continue in SafeMode."

Are you switching back and forth between full screen mode (View > Full Screen; F11)?

Switching screen modes do not matter. The problem persists.
