After updating to version 3.6.8 of Firefox when I forward and email when I click on "insert addresses" the window will not pop up with the contact list as it did in the past. Need to get this resolved as I cannot remember every address in contact list.

Firefox doesn't do email, it's a web browser.
If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.
