Hello -- I want the TBird Inbox to be narrower so I can locate it next to another app. The last column of my Inbox is Date. It is very wide. When I hover over the right end of the Date heading, the cursor changes to double-ended, but I can't drag it to the left. If I add another column (Status) to its right, the double-ended drag technique works, but I can't narrow the width of this new column. If I drag the Inbox border to the left, only the Subject column narrows. Can anyone tell me how to adjust the width of the right-most column and then narrow the Inbox, while having other columns remain the width I choose? Thanks for any help. L Mehl

Wubrane rozrisanje

narrow the "inbox" and then concern yourself with column widths. given the heading fill the available space just reversing the process should make it simple.

My problem is that, in addition to the now-solved problem, every time Thunderbird opens it has returned to a semi-wide-screen display with about a third of the window off-screen to the right. So I can get everything as I want it...but have to do this every time I open Thunderbird. This never used to happen!
