Why does the Edit drop down menu not display emojis as an option?
When I hit the drop down menu for Edit in Firefox it frequently displays only the following options: Undo, cut, copy, paste, find in this page, find again. The emojis list that I want access to select an emoji is missing.

Your Firefox Edit menu sometimes lets you insert emoji's? I don't think I've ever seen it on mine (Windows user).
Or do you mean your Edit menu in other Mac applications has insert emoji and you are looking for something similar for Firefox? I think you would need an add-on for that. It is more likely to integrate into the main toolbar (near the address bar), or a right-click context menu, than in the top menu bar, if that's okay.
I haven't searched for an emoji inserter, but if you have time, you could take a look: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/extensions/
If this is a context menu added by the website then check this pref on the about:config page.

Emojis and Symbols link is missing under the Edit tab. I reinstalled Firefox and the option for Emojis and Symbols is still not showing. It will appear if I open and minimize Safari. This is on a 2019 MacBook Pro. Please help me get the link back! Thank you. :)
This is a regression bug in Firefox 68 and is being worked on.
