Portable Firefox does not have the Reset Firefox option, as it doesn't have a profile to point to. Also, portable Firefox isn't an official build of Firefox. So, to answer your question, there is no Reset in Portable Firefox, only in Desktop Firefox with a profile in the proper location. The article isn't talking about Portable Firefox since it isn't an official mozilla build.

Yes, it does. At least that is what is reported in Firefox's help. See http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/reset-firefox-easily-fix-most-problems

Now you have made it all clear to me. When I posted my inquire I remarked that it was a portable version, but didn't know that it was not official and hence not supported. Didn´t also know anything about profiles in the browser since I have always used portable versions that now I realize lack that posibility. Thank you very much Tylerdowner for your post. I really appreciate your answer.
