HTTPS BLOCK AFTER TYPING WRONG AMOUNT IN BILL PAY WITH MY BANK
i CANNOT CONNECT TO MY BANKS WEB SITE. "THE PAGE ISN'T REDIRECTING PROPERLY" IS DISPLAYED. IT ALSO SAYS, "this problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies".

I clicked on TOOLS options, cookies, and got rid of temporary cookies. I'm back to the web site that got blocked to me.
Hello 4lilly, make sure you have enable Accept cookies from sites [v] and Accept third party cookies [v] in : Firefox button > Options > Privacy panel > Set Firefox will: to Use custom settings for history > Check mark Accept cookies from sites and Check mark Accept third party cookies
Enable and disable cookies that websites use to track your preferences
