Comcast had it working fine in Firefox with the Xfinity update in March 2011, then in June 2011 they broke something with the Inbox Preview in Firefox and only the Connect Lite worked correctly.

Switch to the Xfinity Connect Lite version in Xfinity Preferences > General while using IE. Then open it in Firefox.
