i would like to join the team to make a new launcher for andorid and have it made by the poeple for the people same way as firefox i would like some help.

i have seen many launchers and they all seem to lack something the outher has i would like to designe a launcher thats made by the people for the people but i do not know how to get a group together i would this project to be the same as firefox a non profit project.

I would like to design android ui's and applications under Firefox, not for the web browser itself. i was hoping to call it Firefox-GT. with the help of the Firefox developers i would like to create a user immersive launcher. i was hoping that this would be another derision of Firefox.
