hello i have problem with my firefox ,i cant open the application so i uninstall it then i try to download it back using internet explorer but after finish downloading i click on open and run it and it says ''can not create temp folder archieve'' please h

I don't know what operating system you are running, so I'll assume it is Windows XP.

Click on the Windows start button, then go to Run. In the Run window, enter %TEMP%, then run it. It should open Windows explorer in your TEMP folder. Select everything in that folder, and delete it.
