Why can I no longer access my yahoo customized home page. And how can I create a new one, tho I'd rather not have to go thru all of that setup again. Hope you can help me retrieve it. Started yesterday I think.

You should contact Yahoo support as that is their site and Firefox has no control what Yahoo does in their side.
What happens when you visit that page? I get redirected to the main page, probably because I'm not signed in. Are you able to sign in to Yahoo normally?
I just learned from another thread that Yahoo discontinued My Yahoo. It's even mentioned on Wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/My_Yahoo).
I don't know the best replacement, but the r/Yahoo subreddit would be a good place to browse for alternatives and commiseration: https://www.reddit.com/r/yahoo/
Yahoo have stated that the classic Yahoo start page has been eliminated as of December 10, 2024
