Can't send e mail
Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: <[email protected]> sender rejected. Please verify that your email address is correct in your account settings and try again. I started getting this message yesterday when I try to send e mail. The e mail address is correct. Is this an issue with Charter.net or Mozilla?

This is a result of your settings and changes Charter are enforcing would be my guess.
The email address you are sending from nancylynn is most likely not the email address being used to log into the charter server to send mail.
Go to account settings > outgoing server (SMTP) in the list of accounts. what outgoing servers do you actually have listed (there should be one for the nancylynn address using that email address as the user name I would guess. Do you have one?
