Firefox will not show edits made to my website but Safari does
I own and manage the administration of a Magento 2 website and there is an option within some specific products for customers to select an emblem to have engraved on the product. The customer is able to select their choice of emblem and the selected emblem is added to their Basket so we know what engraving is required. However, whilst Firefox shows the emblem choice in a drop-down menu the customer is unable to select it. However, this selection process works fine on Safari. Why can't customers using Firefox make that selection?

Can you provide a working example of this issue, preferably on codepen.io or jsfiddle.net? Thanks.
Hi I don't know what codepen.io or jsfiddle.net are but I can give you a link to a Lawn Green Bowl that on Firefox doesn't enable the customer to select an emblem, whereas the euivalent Lawn Green Bowl on Safari does. I hope you have access to Safari to make the comparison!
All you have to do is to open the Emblem Preference Menu on both, and click on I wish to select an emblem. It doesn't matter whch category of emblem you click on but click on any emblem and on Safari you will see a box appear around it - that means it's been selected and will be added to the order. On the Firefox equivalent you cannot select any emblem at all. I hope you have a solution. Cache/History have been cleared many times and I've even tried the Shift+Command+R trick for Mac but nothing has worked. Maybe it's just the way my Firefox works - I have no extensions and never changed any settings except the very simple ones like your preferred browser - that sort of thing. The link is: https://thebowlsshop.com/aero-defiance-coloured-bowls.html
I hope you can find a solution. Thanks

Did you fix it? Today I see selection around an emblem. Can't reproduce the issue anymore.
The way it works is each image is hiding a radio button:
<label class="container-option-gallery-image"> <input type="radio"> <span class="option-gallery-image"><img src=""></span> </label>
Since the image is inside the <label> tag, clicking it selects the corresponding radio button. A style rule then applies a black border around the image when the radio button is selected (checked):
.container-option-gallery-image input:checked ~ .option-gallery-image {
border: 1px black solid;
}
I'm using a theme that gives the page a white background, so I definitely see the box:
<center></center>I'm guessing if you don't get the box -- and the data is not in the cart -- that means clicking the image isn't selecting that radio button. However, I'm not sure why not since the page layout looks correct on mine.
I wonder if the script/template vendor knows of an issue with this design on MacOS Firefox??
@jsher2000, they might have fixed it since I've seen it 3 days ago, but not anymore.

Hi jscher2000 and TyDraniu
First, many thanks to both of you for looking into this problem. The good news is the selection of the image has started working. I'd struggled to get the selection to work for several days, unistalling and re-installing Firefox twice, and then suddenly, yesterday (Monday 13 April) I checked it again (having given up for a little while), and it worked straight away. I have no idea why but I am so, so pleased.
I am also interested to know how the image selection works - I had no idea. Should I ever have a problem again then I would be able to go back to the developer with a little more knowledge and that might help, but I'm hoping it never happens again.
Once again my sincere thanks for coming back to me. Stay safe in these difficult times.
Kind regards Ann
