Can't Reset My Password
I'm logged into my account, on two devices, and they used to Synch. They stopped, however I able to access both accounts, view and alter Homepage, Settings, view Logins, send and receive Authorised Emails & Verification Codes but can't login, sync and reset. I've sought help over two years and Nothing has happened. I've until 16 March before I'm locked out (yep, I can access my SUMO Acct information without issue!) Please, I've YEARS of research and data analysis used for work and school. I'm asking for someone, anyone, to please acknowledge they see this and try to help me. That's all. Yes, I've tried every troubleshooting option several times, so please no passing me of with a link or FAQ suggestions. Please, can I have some support? Y'all are supposed to be the opposite of Google!

Just to clarify, you can log into two devices with your Firefox Account and can access your account at Mozilla Support...?
What is the problem you are having?
