Locked out attempting to sync new device. Please help.

Got a new device. (Android) Went to setup Firefox Sync but apparently my email was bouncing. I cleared my anti-spam settings, however Firefox Sync refused to resend the confirmation email.

Now, when I try to sign into Firefox - on my new device - it says, "Sorry, We've locked your account. The confirmation email we sent... was returned and we've locked your account to protect your Firefox data. If this is a valid email address, let us know, and we can help unlock your account."

However, the link provided does not appear to provide any clear way to contact Mozilla Firefox support.

Nevertheless, I've ensured that my email is working again, by signing up to Bugzilla, with the same email, and receiving and approving the email confirmation.

Please help.
