why does the browser contantly reload
I was viewing the Drudge Report when all of a sudden the browser went crazy and just kept reloading. I could not stop it even when I shut the computer off it did it again as the Drudge Report is my home page. It has done this on other occasions also but I was able to stop it by restarting. This time it just continues...do you know what happened? Malwarebytes www.malwarebytes.com

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
