I've connected my account to my new laptop and synced, but nothing is showing up- not the passwords or bookmarks/ bookmarks toolbar, etc. I've disconnected and reconnected again and nothing, please help!

Sorry to hear of the issues you are having. Please note your devices need to be on the new version of Sync in order for them to share information with each other. If any of your devices are still on the old Sync, you must unlink them before setting them up with the new Sync. Please see How to update to the new Firefox Sync for step-by-step instructions on this.
