That is a problem with the Flash plugin.
You can check for problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions and try this:
- check for updates for your graphics drive drivers
https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration - disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
- disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin

I only now read How to Read Crash Reports. The more recent 3 look like Flash and/or hang problems, while the earlier 3 are unknown. After reading a bit more on this site, it appears that Firefox for 64 bit Windows is still a work in progress. I installed it last month to replace IE, assuming it was fully functional.
Thanks, cor-rel. I'll give it a go and post back.
My Samsung (machine) Update Plus nor Intel(R) HD Graphics driver update found any new updates. Windows Updates are automatically up-to-date. My Flash Plugin is v14 which shows no settings. I changed it to prompt me, which I want it to do anyway. I realize that this isn't a fix, but I can always try the browser config edit later if necessary. Thanks again.
