(1) In case Firefox is stuck in full screen mode, either press the F11 key or mouse up to the top of the screen, right-click and choose Exit full screen mode.

(2) Do you have the menu bar? You can redisplay the main navigation toolbar this way:

View (Alt+v if needed) > Toolbars > Navigation Toolbar

(3) If that toolbar is already displayed but the urlbar portion is missing, it might be on some other bar or back in the Customize dialog. Try

View (Alt+v if needed) > Toolbars > Customize

to rearrange controls on toolbars.

(4) If all else fails, you can reset your toolbars to factory defaults by renaming a file. Open your personal settings folder (AKA your Firefox profile folder) using

Help > Troubleshooting Information > "Show Folder" button

Switch back to Firefox and Exit

Pause while Firefox finishes its cleanup, then rename localstore.rdf to something like localstore.old

Restart Firefox. Any improvement?
