Updated to Firefox 4. Now my Norton Identity Safe does not work. Firefox has no fixes for that. Want to uninstall firefox 4, and return to previous version.

[Download] 3.6.17 here , though note that the 3.6.x branch won't be supported much longer. FF 4 is faster, safer, and more stable. I realize that coping with change is difficult, but there is a payoff in this case.

Thanks. I downloaded the previous version, and it installed perfectly. I did not uninstall Firefox 4. I will go to Firefox 4, but not until it can support Norton Identity Safe , which did not work with with Firefox 4.

No, Blacksmith, sometimes change is not good. Judging from all the complaints about version 4 I'm seeing, the only real "pay-off" is to scrap the thing! It is the "Vista" of Firefox!

Next time before Mozilla creates a version with a lot of "bells and whistles" we don't need or want (which only slow everything down and create other problems), and replace a perfectly fine layout and display with one that is crowded, confusing, and ugly to boot, they should remember: If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

Since I "upgraded" Firefox crashes all the time. I may as well be back on IE. I know this is no help except to the extent that misery likes company.
