Iv tried on chrome and it works fine but on firefox browser it wont come back. it appears when i click on a video but not an the yt home page.

What OS? What version of Firefox? Could be an add-on or theme, I have no issue. see screenshot Did you try with Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-4troubleshoot-modesf5safe-modesf
