I am having troubles with my signature formatting from particular recipients. I have attached pictures of what is is supposed to look like and when the spacing gets shrunk down to nothing.

This is an HTML signature, so that might have something to do with it but I don't know.

I want to make sure my signature looks the same every time but I don't want a plain text or image signature because I don't want the extra attachment with every email.

How can I get a mulit-formatted signature to look the same every time?

i suggest you post your html source for signature. Sometimes posting source doesn't come through well, so you might also do a screenshot of the html to ensure we see it.

I don't remember where I did it but I used an HTML generator to make this signature :)

I have attached a screen shot of it and copied it below:

<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8"> <title></title>

You are right :) It looks like the post interpreted it as HTML formatting.

The HTML looks clean, but on responses, you are at the whim of the sender's email client, which may not format it properly. My suggestion is to go for a simple format. It can be done with a lot less HTML than in what you are using. I suggest no more that two font sizes, possibly inserting to force lines. Focus on each line separately and I think you can create one that looks just like the one you're using.
