Hello,

Back in December, I had an issue accessing my old Firefox account [edited email from public] @me.com and so I created a new account [edited email from public] icloud.com. Since I am still unable to get past the two factor authentication, could you please delete the [edited email from public] @me.com account.

Hi Jeremy.

You will need to have access to the email address linked to the Firefox Account for it to be closed.

Thank you. I am not able to access my old Firefox account, but I can get to the email associated with it. Can you please send an account cancellation email to the old account, [email address]?
