Changing server IP address

In pop3 and smtp I use my remote server's IP xxx.xxx.xxx.100 instead of server's hostname. Now I've migrated the domain to an other server with a different IP address xxx.xxx.xxx.888. Where from I can manage to change my email settings to this new IP?
